No experience necessary, we as a ministry believe in you having gifts within you. These gifts hold heavenly potential to be recognised, revived and released in, and upon your life. We as a ministry will be dedicated to pray-fully support you to “Grow and Go” as you come to help with UTC.

 

 

Associates

 

An associate is a church member who assists the senior staff with the church's daily operations. His/Her tasks include support in managing events for church ministries, supervising church volunteers, and assisting with all church services and ceremonies.

 

 

Partner

 

In the New Testament, the word 'partnership' describes Christians who are together in active pursuit towards a common, gospel purpose (Titus 1:4; Jude 3; Acts 2:42; 1 Corinthians 10:16; Philippians 1:5). In terms of partnering with UTC Ministries the focus of pursuit would be for the UTC Vision and Mission of the ministry.

 

 

 

Staff/Leader

 

A church leader needs to be a Godly leader, a role model, and a guidance giver – not only for church members but for everyone else in the community too. They mentor and encourage people, furthering their faith and ensuring that they have a positive church experience.

 

• Punctual

 

• As leaders, you are responsible for those you lead.

 

• A leader is someone who is in charge of organising, guiding, and leading others.

 

• They are visionaries who motivate and encourage their team to reach the desired outcome.
